We bought this after our Toto 834R finally bit the dust. Maybe I would have been more impressed had I never had a Washlet before but this unit is nearly worthless compared to the 834R. The soft pressure of the C200 may or may not clean well enough to avoid the use of a vigorous tissue clean up. Where I live tap water, in the winter, is ice cold. The C200 provides about 10 seconds of a very low pressure, warm water wash before becoming uncomfortably cold and yet it still requires the generous use of tissue because, as I indicated, you may or may not be clean. I bought this right at a year ago and delayed installing it because my old when continued to hang in there for another 8 months before finally dying. By then it was too late to return plus I’m not sure such an item as this is returnable. Maybe this summer when the warm water feature is not quite as important it will work better simply because I can run it longer without freezing my nether regions. Regardless I am sorry I bought the C200 it is simply not in the same league as the 834R. 1. Very limited warm water supply, 2. Low water pressure, (even on its highest setting), Makes this nearly useless in the winter and a marginal performer, at its best, any other time.
