Broke during first use as a futon. I had a guest stying over and the bed futon in the bed position broke in the middle of the night. The company refused to refund the cost of the defective product because it "just" fell outside their 30 day return policy. They don't stand behind their defective product AT ALL. Almost $600 for a product that didn't work as intended and they won't refund my money.
