great harness... quality is great, very snug. 4.5/5 quality. however, it’s only getting 1 star overall because it’s too small for my pet and i cannot return it unless i PAY $6 in shipping?! i live in the middle of nowhere so i can’t use the option where you bring it to the ups store and they print a label for you. i don’t have a UPS store near me so i have to print my own label. in order to do that i have to pay $6 which is the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever heard. i won’t be buying from here again just in case i need to exchange/return. i’m so disappointed because if i was able to exchange for a bigger size at no cost.... it would be perfect
