Features are perfect for my mother. We have replaced this phone 3 times. The first phone just stop working for no reason. Phone was fully charged. I called Amazon. They were nice enough to replace it without charging me since it was past 90 days. Received the next phone 2 days later. That phone worked for 3 days. She could call out but couldn't receive calls. The phone would just go to voicemail. Called Amazon again and spoke with someone about those issues. The phone was replaced in 1 day. Now this is the 3rd phone. My mother says it never rings so I'm not really sure what the issue is with this one or if there is one. Almost too scared to ask or check. I think her next move will be a landline. Very disappointed with the phone. Too many of the same issues, not very reliable, money wasted, would not recommend. This phone would not help a senior in dire need.
