Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Bought these 2 months ago. Worked well for a month and a half. Then notice sound issues when plugged directly to a device. Now the headphones stopped taking a charge. I called customer support and it goes straight to voicemail telling me to leave a message. I emailed them and filled out the contact me form. Nothing back. These still are under warranty but after reading more reviews I am worried there is no customer service nor is there a warranty. For $100 this is absolutely unacceptable. Amazon should stop allowing them to sell products through their site.
