Was working perfectly fine for several months until suddenly the scheduling function just stopped working. Now I have to manually run the thing daily, not optimal! There is no telephone support, and they don’t get back to you via their only communication method: email. Frustrated! Try another product! Update several day later: They responded after the review. Eventually needed to do a firmware update (that was unknown). Works again ok now as expected.
