I enjoyed the lock for two months, but now it's nothing but an expensive key lock. The day after the Amazon return window expired, the keypad on the lock was dead. I put new batteries in it and it started working again. The next afternoon, the keypad was dead again. This is eating batteries at the rate of one set each day and gives zero notice that the batteries are going. Worse, I contacted Schlage via email about the problem and it's been days with no response. I was about to buy 4 more of these, but now I'm looking at other brands.
