I couldn't wait for this tape measure to arrive . Imagine not having to count lines anymore. 1) using this tape as a left hander, the display is upside-down. 2) if you pull the tape out quickly, the display can't keep up. So you have to look at the tape to confirm display, which defeats the digital part. 3) amazon wasn't offering replacements for defective.
