Only the grey Max -lite 4 International spinner meets the 22in requirement for international travel. From floor to top of handle it measures 21 3/4. The blue color shipped by Amazon prime measured 23 1/2 which is over the limit. The packaging labels were identical but the boxes were different sizes! Though labeled "international spinner" beware.
