Gouging your fans isn't cool. (and I am not even talking about the $1.99 fluff piece)
Why did someone at Amazon / BBC think it was a good idea to surprise all of us with episode prices that more than doubled! Really I $7.99/episode without warning, If I was getting this from cable BBC America they might get $1,50 a month of my subscription fees (since they are a free channel in the lineup). Its one thing to charge a little extra (which $2.99~3.99/episode is when you compare that to their monthly cut of my cable bill); its an entirely different scenario when you gouge us with out warning about how much over the top you were going to price the season..
At that price, I could turn on basic cable during the run of Dr. Who, then buy then wait for this to hit prime and make out like a "bandit" in comparison of these prices...
Amazon & BBC come on and fix this.
