About a week ago I purchased a Deco M4, 3 unit system. The installation was honestly the easiest I've ever done. Immediately, all the dead spots and issues I had with my AT&T U-Verse were gone. For the first time, I had wifi in my entire home that actually worked. I was so happy I even tweeted about TP-Link. For some reason, I decided to upgrade to this X20 system. I have 30 days to return the M4 system I purchased, why not upgrade since I was so happy. It's now been 2 hours since my change over. The wifi speeds are slower, EVEN on my iPhone 11 Pro which rocks WiFi 6. A few of my devices keep disconnecting. The WiFi also seems to be slower with the Homecare Antivirus turned on. All Deco X20 devices have been updated to the latest firmware but that's not going to be enough to stick with them. I think I'm going to spend an hour and go back to the M4 system which was working flawlessly. I was just hoping to get a bit faster speed by upgrading to the X20 units. Lesson - If it's not broke, don't fix it.
