I logged into my amazon account to pay my bill....this is not an easy task. After navigating through several tabs, I finally was able to find "pay my bill" and was directed to Synchrony bank with a big red flag saying I was in default without making a payment last month. I NEVER received an email or payment due alert. I'm sure glad I remembered that I hadn't received a payment notice and took action. It's almost impossible to make a payment for your Amazon card. Disappointing.
