I ate one of these and was astounded by how sweet and good it tasted... and it's sugar free too! Not so fast... this is clearly deceptive labeling. These bars are full of sugar - corn syrup likely - and they label it "Soluble Corn Fiber". This is fraudulent. I could feel the sickness of my insulin/blood sugar spiking as I've been off sugar entirely for 3-4 months. Not anymore, thanks to this false advertising/labeling. I'll be complaining directly to the company as well. Keto my ass.
