The water distiller is great however Nutri team customer service is appalling. My distiller stopped working after a year of purchase. I sent it back to Nutri team. My calls have been ignored, emails ignored and messages not replied to. So I've got half a distiller that i'm left with, shipping cost me a bomb as I don't live in the US and no response from Nutri team. Not even to confirm they have received the lid after a month.
