"Charged Cotton" is meaningless promotional gimmick
"Charged Cotton" is meaningless promotional gimmick for Under Armour. They put it on any fabric that has any cotton in it, along with a huge mishmash of various synthetic threads. I ordered these because Amazon says they have 2% polyester. When they arrived the label says 22%. Socks are the only garment I can risk if it has polyester. Even 1% in a t-shirt can break me out in red rash and whelps all over my torso. I have to limit risk with socks to under 5%, so far so good; maybe because feet are so far away from heart and lungs. Also my feet barely sweat, armpits sweat mightily. Sending them back, too dangerous to my health.
