I've been a loyal ROC product user for years and I love ROC. I usually buy my beauty products from Target, Ulta and Sephora- this is the first time I purchased a beauty product from Amazon. When I opened this product I noticed right away it wasn't the product I've come to know and love. It had a completely different aroma, color and feel to it. It's definitely an imitation product that feels and smells like hand lotion, not the serum product as advertised. I contacted ROC directly because I didn't know what else to do. ROC confirmed what I suspected and was kind enough to refund my Amazon purchase in full. I have no grievances with Amazon. I know what a great company this is .However, they should be aware of who their sellers are and enforce stricter selling guidelines.
