I agreed to the high pressure sales tactic for two bottles "free" and made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that I was not being signed up for any sort of membership or other perpetual purchase, and was NOT AUTHORIZING any additional withdrawals. The product arrived and tasted gross, but I gave it a try for the two bottles and really didn't see any difference in my heartburn or other symptoms. Then I got a charge on my account for $74.90!! I called and asked what it was and they told me I had signed up for a "continuity". I explained that I had not and they said it was "impossible to get the $14.95 price without the continuity". They refused to credit me back, never sent the product, and I had to cancel my credit card to stop the fraudulent charges. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!! Better Business Complaint filed (They have an F rating with BBB due to fraudulent business practices.)
