The only reason I gave this 1 star is because I think you have to give at least 1 start to write a review. I started using this because I was trying to save $$ on going to the salon. HUGE mistake. I used this 3 washes and my hair has fallen out so bad. I am so upset. I had a head full of healthy bouncy NATURAL hair. Now my hair is thinning, falling out and fells horrible. The picture in the black is BEFORE I started to use the product. The picture with black shirt where my hair does NOT even fall to my shoulder is after 3 uses...This is a horrible product and I think there are some chemicals in there that "Natural" hair can not take. I even asked for a refund NO reply.
