I absolutely HATE this backpack.....First let me start by saying that I have NEVER written a poor product review.....but this product deserves it and I think that JanSport should be ashamed of themselves. Ok, here goes....first the back pack is expensive almost $100 and I thought that it would be wonderful to carry 100 pounds of nursing books. I wanted to make sure that it lasted for the entire 15 months and that it was durable...so that is why I purchased it. Last year I used another type and although it was not JanSport it was much more efficient.. The backpack gets so full and expands forward so it looks like a 9 month pregnant woman which makes it very top heavy. This also makes it awkward to maneuver in class. It is heavy and there is not a soft handle on the side so I can't even lift it up. It does not have the smoothest wheels and all in all....just no good. I actually bought it with American Express, so I need to call and see what I can do about getting a refund.... If I had bought this locally.....I would have already returned it...... Also another woman in school with me has this same pack and has the same issues also.
