Misleading - don't reply on this if you are ill
The dosages here are very low and the price of this product is very high. It is true that a good diet is the foundation of health and that supplements can't make up for a bad diet. But it doesn't follow that so-called food based supplements are the best choice if you do decide to add supplements. Standard B vitamin supplements are extremely safe, well tolerated and are the only choice if you want to treat severe disease, especially severe neurological disease. These low-dose B capsules just will make no differnece at all to anyone seriously ill - don't fall for the 'food based is the only way' marketing hype. Standard B supplements save lives! (Look up the Klenner protocol for neurological disease or othomolecular webistes for more information.) Also this product contains brewers yeast and the worst possible form of B12 (cyanocobalamin; the form that your body has to detoxify before it can use it) - two things so many holistic health experts recommend avoiding. To get more B vitamins a far better food based choice is to eat liver or liver capsules and to take a probiotic (or homemade real yogurt) so B vitamins can be made in your gut in higher numbers. Much better than the artificial way this product is made, despite all the claims. (Brewers yeast - ugh!) Ditch this product and try any 100mg B capsule or even better the brilliant coenzymated and sublingual B complex product that one company makes. The results speak for themselves. It is like apples and oranges. If your mitochondrial function is poor or liver function, these coenzymated products are so much easier for your body to use. The coenzymated B products are amazing and fat soluble B vitamins such as benfotiamine can also be very helpful in some diseases. Combine a super healthy diet with good quality proper strength B vitamins and it can only ever be a good thing.
