If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
š¢ā¼ļøATTENTION PARENTSā¼ļøš¢ This is not a safe stroller and car seat!!!!!
Let me start by saying that I donāt usually use my stroller. I usually wear my son in a baby carrier so this travel system should not be āworn outā or over used causing it to fail.
Now for what happened: I took myself and my two son to the store to see about getting new sweaters for pictures with Santa in a few days. Seeing as I would be trying on some clothes I decided to use my stroller instead of having my youngest in his carrier. Well I get everything set up, make sure I hear the chicks that indicate everything is locked and secure. Give it a little wiggle just Incase and everything seemed great. So off we went. I got probably 10 steps from my car and the stroller collapses and the car seat goes flying forward flipping and landing face down on the pavement.....one of a moms worst nightmares right? Watching your child be put into a dangerous situation and nothing you can do... a bunch of people ran over to help as they witnessed the whole thing. One gentlemen that came over picked the stroller up and started to try to see if it would lock. Each time it made the click indicating it was locked but as he put pressure on it it each time it would collapse.
Thankfully my son was wearing his fluffy winter hat that cushioned his head from most of the blow. He does have a small bump and a little bit of broken skin but other then that he is okay. His pediatrician gave me the symptoms of a concussion to look out for. Even though his injuries are minimal the fact of the matter is that this should have never happened and evenflo has some explaining to do. I will be calling them and demanding answers as to why they have sold a faulty product that is supposed to keep babies safe.
