NOT UNLOCKED!
Bought from Decluttr Store, Phone is NOT unlocked and has an outstanding balance with AT&T. Went to activate the phone, using my current sim card and Now I don't have a working phone at all! Phone came shaking around in a box inside of a polybag, with a dollar store charger. I do not recommend this seller! I'm absolutely furious!
