The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was how cheaply this was made. Just flimsy plastic. But I went ahead and set it up. It was only $100, what can you expect? I tried for an hour to connect it wirelessly to my laptop, but with no success. I called the Customer Service number and spent 45 minutes following "Kevin's" instructions. Finally, he said he would send me a link via e-mail, which, I learned, is code for "I don't know what else to do, so I will send you this link and get you off the phone". I clicked the link and it took me right back to the Epson website, the same Download button I started with. I called Epson once again, went through all the steps again, but with no success. I am sending it back and looking for a better printer, which is code for "one that really work"!!
