First of all, this product should be listed as a tote bag only. It is huge-too big for a purse or handbag. Secondly, it has a terrible odor, which is very strong even through the plastic in which it was wrapped when I received it. It was NOT sent in a box, just black plastic. Thirdly, even though it is clearly stated "all our products have 6 month warranty for free return and replace" the return would not have been free, but was almost as much as the bag. I chose not send back, but to write this review instead. This is a lesson learned for me - make sure to find out where item is being shipped from. I plan to hang the bag outside since I don't want my house filled with the odor and perhaps put bird seed in it or maybe a plant!
