but not from good cooks. Fortunately I was able to return this ...
This book must be a joke. Real southern grandmothers do not cook with multiple cans of soup and all the other ready made junk she has in these recipes. I guess any book that can put a story before a recipe gets published these days, whether true or not. Many of the recipes have not been tested and won't work as written. For example, one roll recipe lists two cups of liquid to three cups flour and then tells you to put it on a board and knead. You would have a very thin batter and kneading would be impossible without a lot more flour which it doesn't tell you. The entire book is recipes that can be found any where, especially on soup cans or cake boxes, but not from good cooks. Fortunately I was able to return this book.
