I purchased my first bottle on October 17, 2017 and it was fabulous. Later my daughter started using it and absolutely loved it too. It lathered up nicely with a single pump. We ordered a second and third bottle. on March 22, 2018. Just as a few others have stated, it was not packaged particularly well for shampoo and was leaking upon arrival. More importantly it wasn't the same quality as the first bottle. Two pumps are insufficient for the second bottle (I haven't even asked my daughter about her bottle) and it doesn't lather up nearly as well. I am unlikely to purchase this product again based upon my experience. What started out one of the best shampoos I have ever used has turned into one of the more lackluster ones. Amazon definitely needs to check into quality control on this product. It's night and day different.
