I've been buying Natural Calm for over four years, often from Amazon. I always order the Original flavor, 16 oz. I love it. It works great. But there is something wrong with the most recent batch I bought. It will not dissolve even in hot water and it tastes funny. It's not the citrus-y taste I'm used to. It's bitter and flavorless. Also there was magnesium powder loose in the packaging when I received the package, though the seal was still tight. Not sure what happened there. As a long time customer, I'm very disappointed. I don't know if something is wrong with the batch or what, but it's not behaving the way I'm used to. I would return it if I could but Amazon doesn't allow returns on this item. I'm not sure what to do with it, since I can't drink it if it won't dissolve. I'm sad to give such a poor review to an item I've loved and supported so much in the past. It's a five star item. I wish I'd received that product.
