Deceptive selling practices
I agree with Kevin Little's review, I am sad to report.
While the product might have good points, I am upset that I was told at the
Oro boutique (Los Angeles) that the product was "returnable within 7 days". Then, once
they wear you down and you actually buy a product, they fold the receipt in half and put it into the bag with your product.
I did not see until I got home that the receipt says: "no returns, exchanges only"
So, no matter how good this product might turn out to be, deceptive selling practices will keep me from EVER purchasing from this line again.
Very interesting / sad to see that obfuscating the truth seems to be a top-down directive from management.
