Rubber Seal on Lid Falls Off
Six months after I bought this piece of junk the rubber ring that forms the seal on the lid came loose and doesn't stay when you try to put it back in. So, not knowing that it wouldn't stay, I tried to push it back in and use it as normal. I took a sip one day and felt the hot sting of coffee all over my white dress shirt. Now both the mug and the shirt are unusable.
