I ordered this label printer and all went well until I tried to install its driver I downloaded from their website. Apparently their driver isn't secure enough for Apple. My MacBook refused to install it and requested me to contact the developer. I contacted their chat support and their fix was to go into my settings and waive my security to install it anyway. Red flag right away. I inquired if that was the fix, they said yes and to "trust them", their "printer is a great product" and that it was "Apple's issue." They can tell me all they want to trust them but if their software's safety cannot be certified by Apple, it is not good for me. It is THEIR issue if their fix is to request the user to waive any security measures set by Apple's engineers and blame Apple. If they want to sell an insecure product in the US market it is THEIR fault. I returned the printer the same day and was provided a full refund.
