If I wanted burnt rice I'd have done it myself.
This product burns my rice. Every. Single. Time.
It's small, built well, and stores away nicely but every time I attempt for rice, it's burnt all the way around the sides of the container and I have to soak and scrape it clean. I have followed the instructions on the provided pamphlet, I have toyed around with different measurements of rice to water, etc but somehow it never comes out right.
