Horrible quality!
This trampoline has been such a disappointment! It was purchased and used by our 78-pound son and an occasional friend of the same approximate size. I had high expectations because of these positive reviews, but do not be fooled: this trampoline will last exactly as long as the warranty. Read it carefully. After 6 months, the enclosure net was worthless. Most ties had ripped off and we had to find other ways to try to secure it to the frame. The zipper had broken. By 8 months, the pad had completely shredded. (See attached photo.) Pieces of foam came out and scattered across the trampoline when he jumped. The ties are almost all torn so it doesn’t attach to the frame, either. My choice now is to either purchase (annually?) a new $110 pad and a new enclosure (which I can’t even find where to buy), or to throw away this Zupapa trampoline (I’m not sure how to do that, either!) and start new with a different brand. We do live in southern CA where it gets hot in the summer, but the trampoline was assembled as a birthday gift in mid- August of last year and it fell apart during our mild winter. Therefore, the company cannnot claim that excessive heat has caused the damage. It’s torture for my son to see this one-year-old trampoline in his backyard that he’s not allowed to use because it is unsafe. And it’s torture for me to know I threw away $400.
