I followed everything to a tee with this offer. I have never before had a Discover card (and after this will shred it and never have another), I followed the link from Amazon and applied. At the end of the application it redirected and showed me approved for a Discover It instead of a Discover it with cashback match. The offer was not clear as at said nothing regarding the bill credit. After I received the card in the mail, I called Discover, before making a purchase, to be sure I was eligible since the offer terms specifically state Discover It card. I was told yes, i was eligible for the credit so I made purchase. Comment indicated on average people received their credit within a few days so after 5 days I contacted them via chat. They also confirmed I would be receiving the credit however I was starting to feel a bit uneasy with them so I recorded the transcript. After another month, I still did not have my credit so I contacted them again. This time however, I was told by accepting the second offer I forfeited the credit, I asked to speak with a supervisor who has said they will investigate, but clearly I do not trust them anymore so I have contacted the BBB with a copy if the transcript and the offer. Get any contact with them in writing or even better avoid this company,
