Customer service is horrible and I constantly have to call and get my payments applied manually because there system will not do it automatically sometimes. The reps I talk to give me different answers to the same question concerning payments posted and most of the ones I have talked to seem to not care at all. I AM PAYING MY BALLANCE OFF AND CLOSING THE ACCOUNT
