On farming information I’d probably give this a four+ star, but the authors opted to attack Christianity in their introduction alluding to it as a myth. From that point onward they offended me. Quite frankly I’m surprised Joel Saladin put his name on this as a Christian man. I didn’t buy this book for instruction on what is true or not true with regards to religious matters, I could care less what they see as true, and I see no reason why they had to insert that, short of having an ax to grind. Who knows, next book maybe they’ll give Islam a few shots, or Judaism, or instruct us that the Buddha was just a legend, to help us farm better of course. I look at this book like a resource that is helpful, but there is no admiration for their gratuitous attack on something sacred to me, on a platform that has nothing to do with that.
