I have now purchased this box set for the third time. First set had multiple instances where scenes either paused or froze completely. I ordered a second set and had the same problem. Now on my 3rd set, and the second disc has a pause and a freeze in the same place as my 2nd set. I spoke with Amazon before making my 3rd order and asked if they possibly had a bad batch. The service rep did some research and said she saw no reports indicating a bad batch, so I ordered the 3rd set. Which is also bad. I have looked at reviews of other complete collections and have also seen issues in those. Still on the fence as to whether I give up on obtaining a perfect disc set or will keep this 3rd defective one. However, having known what I know now, I would not purchase this box set. Would love to hear if there are others of you out there that have had problems with the discs freezing or pausing. My star rating is related to the flawed discs and not the EXCELLENT program. Also, the picture quality of the discs is excellent.
