I didn't purchase this item through Amazon. Bought it directly from Nuwave. This item comes equipped with several filters. In my opinion the Ozone eliminator filter is probably more marketing than functional. But for sake of argument let's assume all the filters work as intended. Having said that, this $600.00 air filter has a major (MAJOR) flaw. None of the air filters inside the unit are sealed. There are a few, very flimsy, foam materials that allow the filters to be removed and installed smoothly but provide nothing by way of keeping dirty air from making it past and around the filters. This completely negates the purpose of having an air filter unit. When I removed the HEPA filter for servicing, there was tons of dust that had accumulated on the inside grill. This is a clear indication that lots and lots of dirty air makes it past ALL the filters provided. Even the access door for the filters was covered in dust. Remember folks, this is not an inexpensive machine. The filters are useless if air can get around and avoid being trapped. Please, please do your research before purchasing your next air filter. I have since stored this unit in my storage area and it is now a $600.00 item taking up space in my garage. UPDATE 5-10-2021: So I took this unit out of storage and used it for about 3 weeks so I could do a tear down before finally throwing it in the garbage. I few months ago I purchased a replacement air cleaner ($1000.00 including shipping), extremely expensive but worth every penny. Didn't but it on Amazon but I'll find it on Amazon and do a "non-buyers" review. Anyway, The photos are to show how unsealed this cleaner is. This machine pulls in air from every nook and cranny it has. We have additional, much cheaper, air cleaners that are 100% sealed which forces all the air to pass thru the filters. Of course there are not many cleaners that filter 100% of particles in the air but at least the air does not go around the filter. Also, Oxypure claims this machine does not produce ozone. I personally don't believe it for a second. This machine has a giant media that produces electrical charge when air passes through it. I suggest anyone who is concerned about Ozone purchase a Ozone meter and test this machine. That's all I'll say on that matter.
