I've been using Alba Botanica Lotion for years, professionally and personally. My clients loved the fact that it was truly unscented and felt clean on their skin. They appreciated the fact that they didn't feel greasy, sticky or waxy, or had even a small hint of any kind of scent upon their return to work, or the rest of their day. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the new & improved formula had not changed for the better. It had a subtly pungent smell and was sticky and left a waxy film on my sheets, the clients' skin and on the clients' clothes... Unfortunately, I got complaints. I called the customer service number on Alba Botanica's website to complain about the new product. The response that I received was an envelope of more Alba Botanica product that I didn't want.
