I'm not usually one to leave poor reviews as I generally find most products are good enough. However, I feel compelled to write this review as this model is complete garbage. I own the previous model and it works exactly as you would expect. Cuts nose hair and trims eyebrows without any issues, and leaves you more aerodynamic and handsome than ever. This model, however, doesn't even really seem to cut. I found myself going over again and again and couldn't hear the machine actually doing any cutting. Tried to rinse the cutter. Nothing. Tried to adjust the cutter. Nothing. Removed the guard for the eyebrows and took it straight to the brow. Nothing. The new design just flat out sucks. What irritates me is when a company releases a product without seeming to even QA it. Feels like what happened here. Too eager to release the new model and quality went away. Don't buy this model, buy the previous model. Your girlfriend/wife/partner will thank you.
