Bad product, seal was removed. They put a piece of tape over the top.
The product I received did not have a seal on it it had a tape from the pharmacy across the top of the bottle. I have bought this product for years and have always had a product's seal underneath the cap also the product is oil free and 1/2 of the product looked right and the other half was all foggy and separated it is not the way it's supposed to be. I buy this product all the time. I bought 2 bottles from them and they were both that way I don't know if they filled something in there or what they did. Will not use this on my eyes. This should not be sold!!!! Linda
