After waiting over two months for my Solgaard Carry on Closet I have to report to you that I am so disappointed. The overall construction of the luggage is fine, but the reason I purchased it (even though I have several carry-on pieces that are great), is because of the closet feature. Watching your videos, it appears very easy to pack and hang the carry on insert. FALSE advertising. I packed it as instructed, in fact even less. 1. The closet feature does not fit. The metal frame on the bottom and top are too big for the width of the luggage. I had to fold it over in order for it to even fit. 2. The opposite side with the zip open compartment needs to be empty and open in order to somewhat close the luggage. Therefore it is useless, unlike the photo you portray in all your adds. 3. To hook the closet to the handle is difficult. If I do not first place the closet bottom on the floor and balance the luggage against a wall or a chair, it falls over. I looked at all the other reviews, but it appeared that they all received their pieces earlier in the year then I did. Was there a defect in this latest production? My friends and family who watched me try to to deal with this thought it was hilarious. Please advise me how you would like to handle this very unfortunate problem.
