This chair was poorly manufactured. Within a few months of purchasing the chair, we noticed that one of the arms would not stay secure. When we investigated, we discovered that the manufacturer had provided the wrong size bolts to attach the arms. We attempted to contact the company regarding this problem and were advised that repairs parts were not available and that we could not return the chair. The chair has been in use for about 9 month, and it sits lopsided and the leather is already cracking at the seams. It also creaks whenever you sit down in it. I would not recommend purchasing this chair.
