This collar arrived last night and when I opened it, I was delighted. I took my dog's current collar off and tried to size this down to the needed adjustment and was very disappointed. In order to adjust the extra small collar to the size of my toy poodle's neck the adjusting buckle necessarily covers and obscures the telephone #. I am going to have to cut the collar and remake the adjustable end. Poor design for an extra small collar. The end where the logo for the manufacturer is sewn on could have been made in a much smaller area thereby starting the personalization closer to the non adjustable end of the clasp. There is almost no way to make this adjustment with the available material because of the logo design. I did not pay to advertise their logo. I paid to make the personalized information readily readable. Just think of a freaked out lost dog. Wouldn't it be great if someone finding a lost animal could just read the collar without having to try to take it off and adjust it to read the info? Again, I must say, the design is good overall but they took up to much space in accommodating their own logo. :(
