I expected a quality American product, but the Chinese company contracted to manufacture these cut a lot of corners. Frame material is not hardwood, legs are a molded plastic, weaving in back is thin and sparse, the bottom cushions do not return to a good square shape after removed from the vacuum packing, none of the cushions are reversible, essentially halving the life of the piece. Also on a few of the pieces the fabric was poorly cut and did not properly, or squarely cover the furniture. My dog likes it.
