I'm very disappointed with this, I purchased this product for my younger sister who has been stalked at work, the day she needed it the only thing that worked on it was the flashlight after charging it the taser never worked again! She ended up running & dialing 911.
I would like a refund on this product & the shipping & handling.? Plz & thx.
