My family is athletic and active, so we need a good detergent. I wasn't sure if the detergent would be powerful enough for our funky clothes. I popped the pods in and off we went. Once finished I was happy to smell that the detergent worked well BUT the pod itself just turned to goo on my clothes. I thought maybe it was due to cold water, so I tried again with warm water. Nope, the pods just half melted and half of the detergent was still inside. The pod goo'd up a number of clothes and this time the washing drum as well. I contacted Amazon to let them know and to return the remaining pods. Amazon was great, gave me a refund and told me to keep the product. Not sure what to do with them but Amazon's customer service was amazing!!
