I don't write many reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this item. For the price, the speakers fulfilled my needs for a small work office. The sound quality was decent and had no complaints. Unfortunately, after a little more than three months of use the system stopped working. I've tested it with a few different audio sources and power connections. Initially it sounded as if the speakers were underwater, is the best way I could describe it. Now they've cut out completely and i'm getting no sound. I first attempted to contact Cyber Acoustics support through their website, but never received a response back. I received an unhelpful reply via social media, asking if I contacted the support from through the website. They have stopped responding on social media as well. I've worked in the electronics industry and feel that my expectations are reasonable. Regardless of the price of an item, it's possible for it to be faulty. It could even be faulty right out of the box. I'm okay with this and wouldn't really let it affect my review. But what I do expect is that in the event of a failure, the company provides adequate support/service and honors their warranty.
