Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

As shown in the pictures, it's literally 3 feet from the device, and the WIFI signal is weak. It's 15 feet away from the router--there are 2 walls in between though, but isn't it suppose to EXTEND / BRIDGE the WIFI signal? It didn't make any difference before & after. I also tried placing it closer to the router(in the same room), but nothing has changed. I'm confused. All the good reviews are saying it will cover a good area, but mine seems just like another device connected to my network that displays the weather, not "extending" anything. Very disappointed.
