As you can see in the video, it drove over popcorn twice and didn't pick anything up in our playroom and this is thin carpet. I actually let it run for a bit on both carpet and tile and the bin was empty. It has NO suction, at all. This is literally the worst vacuum I've ever owned and I look forward to the UPS guy picking it up to be returned. I've owned 2 robot vacuums (shark and deebot) and both were great. I now see why this one is marked down so much. If you have carpet, don't waste your time. The lack of suction power will not clean your floors, you'll just have a robot driving around. Complete waste of time purchasing this.
