I bought this product in Feb 2016 after reading excellent reviews here. It works best and has good suction. I don't have complain about it. It worked fine for 3 months initially. Then bottom part of the vacuum started coming out from container while performing vacuum. So I decided to put tape around it to stick. Here I wanted to make a point that, we are very good care taker of the products we use. My last Bissell stick vacuum lasted for 4 years before I purchase this one. Now after 10 months of using it, I see crack on main container. I also see the inner valve has broken. Again I never used this roughly. In fact I used to carefully do the vacuum after I put the tape around the lower part. Very much disappointed with built of the product.
